La dolce vita
Forty years, half Swabian, half Neapolitan – and we'll celebrate the way my Nonna would have wanted: a long table, far too much food, limoncello and music late into the night.
Until the first brindisi
Today is the day.
Indovina
How old, exactly?
Scratch with your finger
Quaranta – and younger than ever.
Cento di questi giorni
The cake
Or tap the flames one by one.
Auguri, Marco – here's to a hundred more!
A little trip back in time
How it all began
- 1987
Benvenuto
Born in Stuttgart, christened in Naples, well fed since day one.
- 1995
The first summer by the sea
Amalfi with Nonna – holidays have smelled of lemons ever since.
- 2006
Graduation
And his very first pizza oven, in his parents' garden.
- 2014
Julia
Met at the wine festival in Staufen. Stayed.
- 2019
Dad
Luca arrived on a Sunday – just in time for lunch, of course.
- 2027
Quaranta
And now, let's celebrate.
Until the party
40 years in numbers
And roughly as many plates of pasta.

Frequently asked questions
Are children welcome?
Of course! There's a lawn, a paddling pool and endless ice cream.
Can I stay the night?
The winery has eight rooms – just ask when you reply and we'll happily reserve one for you.
What if it rains?
Then we'll celebrate in the vaulted cellar. The table fits perfectly.
