Common questions
You get a first draft within 24 hours of ordering. The finished invitation usually takes three to five days, depending on how quickly you send us your details. If time is short, the express option brings it down to 48 hours.
Yes, and that is the biggest difference to paper. If the date moves or the venue changes, we update it and everyone sees the new version straight away. The link stays the same, so you do not have to send anything again.
The invitation opens in any browser, including older devices and desktop computers. Nobody has to install anything or sign up. For guests without internet, many couples print a few cards with the QR code we provide.
You get an overview of every reply, including the number of people and any messages your guests leave. You can download the list as an Excel file whenever you like, for the seating plan or the caterer.
Until a year after your wedding. You can extend it if you want the photo gallery to stay online. We never delete anything without asking.
Yes. Send us your pictures and we will place them. If you do not have couple photos yet, the invitation works without them and the illustrations carry the design.
Yes, within the same link. Each guest switches language at the top, so you never send anything twice. That covers the whole content, including the reply form. Other languages are possible too.
No. You pay once, whether thirty or three hundred guests open the invitation. There is no fee per person and no subscription.
Then we change it. Colours, type, layout, wording, as often as it takes. Changes cost nothing extra, that is included.
Replies are stored on servers in Germany and never passed on. GDPR consent is built into the invitation. After your wedding we delete the data completely on request.
