Only someone who ordered and paid can review: the link goes to the address on the order. We publish every review we receive, unchanged. We delete none because of its rating and filter none by rating; we only remove a review if it is unlawful or its authors ask us to.

Common questions
You get a first draft within 24 hours of ordering. Your invitation is finished within 48 hours once your details have reached us. If time is short: with the express option, it is ready the same day when you order by 6 pm. Cinematic is designed completely from scratch, so with the draft rounds it takes longer.
Yes, and that is the biggest difference to paper. If the date moves or the venue changes, we update it and everyone sees the new version straight away. The link stays the same, so you do not have to send anything again.
The invitation opens in any browser, including older devices and desktop computers. Nobody has to install anything or sign up. For guests without internet, many couples print a few cards with the QR code we provide.
You get an overview of every reply, including the number of people and any messages your guests leave. You can download the list as a spreadsheet and open it in Excel whenever you like, for the seating plan or the caterer.
Until a year after your wedding. You can extend it if you want the photo gallery to stay online. We never take the invitation itself offline without asking you.
Yes. Send us your pictures and we will place them. If you do not have couple photos yet, the invitation works without them and the illustrations carry the design.
German, Turkish, English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, all within the same link. Each guest switches language at the top, so you never send anything twice. That covers the whole content, including the reply form. “The Invitation” includes two languages of your choice, and each additional one costs 19 €. Cinematic includes all six. We take care of the translation: you write everything in your own language.
No. You pay once, whether thirty or three hundred guests open the invitation. There is no fee per person and no subscription.
Then we adjust it: wording, colours, fonts and photos, until everything is right, at no extra cost. The design of the template itself stays, as does the finished opening scene of Curtain, Maison, Tuscany and Riad. If you want a design entirely your own, choose Cinematic: there we design to your wishes, with draft rounds until it is right.
Replies are stored on our server at Hetzner Online GmbH, in its data centre in Helsinki, Finland (EU), and never passed on. GDPR consent is built into the invitation. We delete the data 90 days after your wedding, without you having to ask. What counts is the wedding date entered in ETERNA. If it is not fixed yet when you order, you add it there once you know it.
